WRRFC Personal Trainer Adam Whitlach just shared with me his list of Top 10 Worst Foods. Sigh. Some of these foods have passed by my lips in the last week or so. Oh, well, I'll try my best to avoid them from this point forward. Adam says, "You could be well on your way to a healthier you by avoiding these foods." Ah, words to live by. Here's his list:
Top 10 Worst Foods
10- Fried Catfish
9- Canned soup
8- Bacon
7-Fast food Hamburger
6- Commercial pastries
5- Potato chip
4- Hot dogs and lunch meat
3- French fry
2- Donuts
1- Soft Drinks

Off & Blogging!
Tennis is a great sport (except when you can't get a serve in to save your life and your opponent has a killer forehand slice...you get the picture). Tennis is even better when you're playing among friends.
That's why we came up with the idea to host a Ladies Member Guest Social on August 17. Invite an old friend - or find a new one - for great tennis and a delicious lunch. The bar will be open (Coronas, anyone?) throughout the afternoon. We'll play outside on our beautiful clay courts unless Northeast Ohio weather lets us down (then we'll play indoors).
What better way to celebrate the end of the summer USTA season?!
